Our manufactured plastic laminate casework consists of cut-to-size custom panels with full overlay doors and drawers.

  • Two-sided white melamine thermo fused to 3/4” particle board core

    Two-sided white melamine 1/2” back panels

  • Vertical grade high pressure plastic laminate

  • Grass Z Box commercial drawer system

    Drawer boxes have 3/4” melamine bottoms and backs with metal slides

    Drawer slides are full extension, 100-pound load rated with smooth ball bearing operation

    Soft close option available

  • 3/4” plywood ladder type construction with plastic laminate face to match the cabinetry

  • Doors and drawer fronts: 3 mm PVC edge banding

    Cabinet face and shelf edges: 5 mm PVC edge banding

  • Plastic Laminate:

    Horizontal grade high pressure laminate on 3/4” particle board

    Water resistant substrate with backer sheet and 1 1/2” build up around outer edges

    Plastic Laminate:

    Plastic laminate counter top with 3 mm PVC edges at 1 1/8” thick

    Solid Surface:

    1/2” solid surface with 1” MDF build up and a 1.5” drop edge

  • Available in 2cm and 3cm thickness

  • 4” wire pulls with satin nickel finish

    Single pivot institutional hinge arm with opening angle of 270 degrees

    Doors up to 34” in height to have 2 hinges per door

    All doors to have rubber bumpers

  • 3/4” white melamine construction

    Adjustable shelf supports at 1.25” centers, 5 mm aluminum shelf pins, 4 pins per shelf

  • Removeable core, disc tumbler, cam style lock with strike

    Lock for sliding 3/4” doors is a disc plunger lock, sliding door type with strike

    Lock for sliding glass doors is a ratchet type sliding showcase lock
